At the same time, many young people in North Africa face a challenging job market despite having good education. Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are highly respected for their vocational training systems, and many young people dream of earning a recognized qualification there and starting a stable future.
By bringing these two worlds together — motivated youth and companies with urgent staffing needs — we create mutual enrichment.
